Greedy and flowery
The history of this place dates back to the 6th century, the beginning of Christianity in France. In fact, Saint Martin built a chapel in the name of Saint Julien at this exact place.
A cross now marks the site where the place of worship used to be.
The plot is located at the foot of the slope on the northern slope of the appellation in the direction of Vosne-Romanée and in the direction of the Premier Cru “Les Thorey”. There is a close resemblance of this wine with that of Vosne-Romanée. Powerful nose very aromatic and almost fragrant with floral notes, black-currant and cherry aromas. In the mouth it is really supple and succulent and ends with smooth and delicate notes.
Tender from his youth, he will be appreciated from now on. He will still be 5 to 7 years older.
